Important Issues for Anderson Township

Protect Our Parks

Our parks are one of the major assets of Anderson Township. Like many Anderson residents, Tom and his daughters spend countless hours in our parks. That’s why Tom opposes our current trustee’s plans to privatize park land instead of expanding with new features that benefit the entire community.

Responsible Development

As a small business owner, Tom is very supportive of fostering small businesses in our community. There is a right and wrong way to bring businesses into Anderson. Currently, we are becoming a hub for smoke shops after we lost Coney Island. It was also sad to see Inspiring Kind Bakery become Beechmont Avenue’s next smoke shop. Instead of selling our community out, Tom wants to responsibly bring in businesses that will contribute to the culture and growth of our amazing township.

Supporting Our Schools

Many of us live in Anderson because of our phenomenal schools. Unfortunately, our trustees are not doing all they can to support our schools. Tom will advocate for the Forest Hills School District, collaborate with our school board members, and support our students, parents, and teachers.
